Over one hundred weddings in, and it's still the bit nobody planned that gets me. Not the aisle walk, not even the first kiss or hearing "I do!" It's the in between moments. The nerves, the energy and the anticipation.
The way your hands actually shake doing your top button up. Someone in the front row who's already crying before you've said a word. The look between you two right after, before either of you has worked out what to say.

About two months before, we’ll go through the day properly. Timings, the family photos you want, where the portraits fit, and anything I should know. By the end, you’ll know exactly what’s coming.

Know me before the day
We’ll do a relaxed shoot together beforehand, so the first time you’re in front of my camera isn’t the wedding itself. By the time it matters, you’ll already know what it feels like.
No surprises on the day
A couple of months before, we’ll go through the day properly. By the time I arrive, I’ll already know your family, your worries, and what actually matters to you.
The whole day, not the highlights
Around 600 photographs. Enough that the whole day’s there when you open the gallery, not just the ten moments someone decided were the best ones.
Colour that stays alive
Every photograph is edited to make the most of the colour and energy your day had, so it still feels full of life when you look back in twenty years.
Somewhere to keep it all
A private online gallery to send to the people who couldn’t be there, and somewhere your photos will still be sat in five years, not buried in a phone backup.

QUESTIONS
How much does a wedding cost with you?
Most couples end up spending around £1995 for full day coverage. I'll give you exact numbers before you book, no vague ranges and no waiting for a call to find out.
Will you make us pose for ages?
No. Most of the day I'm just watching and shooting what's happening. I'll pull you aside for a few minutes, not an hour, to get a handful of proper portraits, then I step back out of the way.
How long until we get our photos?
Two weeks max. You'll get a private online gallery to share with family and download from whenever you like.
Do you travel outside Cambridgeshire?
Yes. I cover Norfolk and Suffolk regularly, and I'll travel further for the right wedding. I've shot weddings from Greece to Liverpool to Derby to London to the South Coast.If you're not sure whether your venue's in range, just ask.
Will you help us feel comfortable in front of the camera?
It's my job to make sure you are comfortable in front of the camera. As I'm fond of saying, nobody likes getting a picture taken but everybody loves a good picture of themselves.
How far in advance should we book you?
Most couples book their date 9–12 months in advance. If you’re planning a summer or autumn wedding, I always recommend getting in touch as soon as possible.
